Inkbird itc-308 set at 18.5°c, turn it off then back on and it resets to 0.5°c

I have an Inkbird itc 308 to maintain heat temp in a bird room. It is only a couole of months old and does its job.

Through the day there’s no need for it to be on, so i switch it off.

The last 4 times when I’ve then turned it back on, its altered the required temp from 18.5°c right down to 0.5°c.

I’ve had to manually turn it back up to tge required 18.5°c.

Any advice ?

Hello,
Do you mean the target temperature SV will automatically change from 18.5°C to 0.5°C?
Please make sure that the controller is not touched by others.
Is it possible to provide a video showing that before the power outage, the SV is 18.5°C. After the power is restored, it will become 0.5°C?
