Buonasera, ho già posseduto un isv-100W con ottimi risultati, cambiato solo dopo 2 anni per piccole anomalie in garanzia, ho deciso di passare al ISV-200W, ma purtroppo ho dei problemi in cottura, imposto temperatura e durata di cottura, il timer parte quando raggiunge la temperatura di riscaldamento e di esercizio, ma si ferma da subito, facendo decorrere pochi secondi.
Pensavo fosse un problema di sensibilità, e ho acquistato il contenitore specifico con coperchio per rooner, dal quale il vapore acqueo esce pochiissimo e lo sigillo anche con un canovaccio.
Ciò nonostante il timer continua a fermarsi, per ovviare ho dovuto mettere un timer sul mio cell e fermare la cottura decorso il tempo reale, altrimenti avrei getttato tutto… inoltre così non posso usarlo di notte o in automatico uscendo di casa come facevo con il suo predecessore che decorso il tempo mi avvisava del termine cottura… questo blocca il timer e quindi non termina mai la cottura!!
Qualcuno può aiutarmi? E’ difetto di fabbrica, una cattiva impostazione o altro??
non vorrei cambiarlo e restiutirlo ad amazon e cerco soluzioni!!!

Il timer di ISV-200W funziona quando la temperatura raggiunge la temperatura target. Se la temperatura è superiore o inferiore alla temperatura target, la funzione di temporizzazione verrà sospesa.
Si prega di controllare se la sua temperatura è stata coerente con la temperatura target?
Inoltre, si prega di notare che la sua unità di tempo è ora: minuto.

The timer of ISV-200W works when the temperature reaches the target temperature. If the temperature is higher or lower than the target temperature, the timing function will be suspended.
Please check if its temperature has been consistent with the target temperature?

I have exactly the same issue, the machine will beep when the water reaches temperature and the timer starts but only moves one or two seconds before stopping. It will occasionally start again but then will stop immediately.
The temperature stays at the correct temperature but the timer doesn’t move.
It’s ISV-200W but is also detected in the app as ISV-100W. It’s only my second time using it 
Is there any way to fix this?

If the temperature stays the same as the target temperature, and wait a few minutes, the time will not change? Please note that it will stop timing if the temperature does not match the target temperature.
Will the time on the ISV-200W device change?
Are you using the latest version of INKBIRD APP?
