IDT-34c-B can't connect with the app. Bluetooth

I’ve got the IDT-34c-B wireless foodthermometer, with bluetoot connection.
I can’t get the app working and connect the product with the app.
When i follow the steps on the screen, it says turn on the divice, but then the app don’t react to the other steps, i cant click furder to continue the rest of the steps…
Very frustrating. :frowning:

Hello,
Please make sure that the permissions for the INKBIRD app are enabled in your phone’s settings.
Please make sure that the Bluetooth and location functions of your phone are turned on.
Please check that your phone is not automatically connected to other Bluetooth devices.
Can it work?

I have the same problem. Just got a brand new IDT-34c-B, and it won’t connect to my iPad, which is running iOS 16.3.1

App permissions are enabled, and Bluetooth is turned on

Took me a while, but I finally realized the IDT-34c-B device doesn’t seem to work with the BBQ GO app, which I’ve used with previous Inkbird devices

It does seem to work with the new(?) Inkbird app

Hello,
Please understand that the BBQ GO app is not compatible with IDT-34C-B.
Please note that the app mentioned in the manual is the INKBIRD app.
