I just got a Sous Vide (100W) and while connecting it to the app I noticed a picture of my thermometer IBT-4XS. Upon trying to connect, it continues to just times out. It still connects to BBQ Go app fine though and works properly. Does the other app not support it?

Sorry, the INKBIRD app supports the new version of IBT-4XS which is not yet produced.
IBT-4XS that supports the BBQ GO app does not support connecting to the INKBIRD app.
