Notifications not working. The app installed easily. Paired with BT and connected to my 5G wireless network all without issue. The only way I get notifications is if I have the app open. Once my phone hibernate, I get nothing. This defeats the purpose of the application. Please give me some guidance on how to fix this. Is this by design?

Please ensure your phone is not in Deep Hibernation/Doze Mode/Sleep Focus/Bedtime mode.
INKBIRD app push notifications are related to the following settings.
Please check:
In the phone settings, turn on the permissions of the INKBIRD app. Turn on the ringtone, vibration and notification, and turn off the do not disturb function.
In the INKBIRD app settings, notification functions are turned on: INKBIRD app - ME - Message Center - ‘Settings’ icon in the upper right corner.

Please also check the Message Center, is there a record of the alarm not being triggered? If not, please make sure the alarm is set correctly.
Please enable INKBIRD push notification through INKBIRD app - ME - Settings - Personal Information. Then please log out and log in to INKBIRD APP. The push function will be enabled again.
