IBS-M2 online, but not online, and not sending push notifications

My IBS-M2 shows that it is online and I can access temperature information remotely. When iItest the network connection it says, “Network error, failed to connect to the network.” I have the hub sitting next to my router. I think this is why I am not receiving notifications, though triggers are set and the app shows notifications are turned on. I have had alarms go off on the device at home, and I can see the alarm in history, but I receive no notification on my phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 and the app is set to never remove permissions.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
