IBS-M2 troubles with wifi connections

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my IBS-M2 thermo-hygrometer. It won’t connect to Wi-Fi. When I press the connect button for 8 seconds, I hear the sound indicating that it’s trying to connect, but the Wi-Fi signal never shows up on the screen.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please provide your order information, and a video of long pressing the WIFI button for 8 seconds then waiting for 5-8 seconds but the WIFI indicator does not appear, please send them to support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.
