Hello,
Please make sure that the model you buy is IBS-P01B (there will be a Bluetooth logo on the screen), not IBS-P01.

Please search and download the Engbird app via Google play/ App store on your phone. When installing, please make sure that all permissions of Engbird are allowed. When connecting, please try to place the sensor next to the phone. Open the Engbird app, and turn on the phone’s Bluetooth and location functions.
