Hi I purchased the ibbq-4t last year and for some reason it’s not holding charge at all now. It stays on if I have a portable charger left plugged in. Is there some sort of replacement battery for this as I don’t think it should die off after a year 
!? I’ve used it about 6 times throughout the year.
Any advice would be appreciated.

May I know if the battery is completely drained before charging? Please understand if the battery is over discharged, it may cause it to be unable to charge.
Maybe you can press and hold the button of IBBQ-4T for more than 30 seconds, it will reset the device, and then charge it again to test?
Please note that the charger supported by thermometer is 5V, 1A. It does not support fast-charging chargers.
If you change the type-c USB cable and use the computer to charge for 1~2 hours, can it be charged?
Not that I’m aware of! I will try this method and get back to you! I do have an old 1a 12v brick available haha!
