A: The charging port of IBBQ-4T is a USB 2.0 Type-C standard connector. Our charging cable is USB 2.0 Type-C standard cable assembly wiring (not fast charging). The cable needs to support 1A power, and the charger also supports 1A/ 5V. Please test with the USB 3.0 (support 1A power) cable.
