I have the IBBQ-4BW wifi thermometer. I used it successfully for the last 4 months but now it won’t charge and it won’t turn on. I use the USB-C cable that came with the product to charge but it won’t turn on. I tried to use a 5V 1 amp USB charging adapter. I even try to charge using the computer and it still doesn’t work.
