IAM-T1 successfully connecting but not displaying in app

Hello! I just received my IAM-T1 monitor and everything is working as expected, except for the app pairing process. The app is able to find the monitor and it prompts me to click the C/F button to complete the pairing. I do so and the monitor is updated with the Bluetooth connected icon but the app dashboard still says “device not detected”, even after refreshing. If I am unable to connect to the app, is there any other resource I could use to read the transmitted data from my sensor? Any help you can provide would be appreciated!
