I have been using the Inkbird IIC-800-WIFI controller factory reset

I’ve been happy for two years with the Inkbird IIC-800-WIFI controller for my lawn sprinklers and after my iPhone SE was replaced due to a port and battery failure I have not been able to connect to it. After trying the tech support, which will make you wait up to two days for a response and still no answers they suggested that I put my question on here, why? I have no idea but here goes. I cannot connect the controller to anything including my iPhone so I asked how do I manually restore the controller to factory setting so I can start over again. I have misplaced the manual and have looked at one online, it seems like an easy question but today’s I am installing my old controller until this is resolved. Anyone have any help???

To reset the IIC-800-WIFI, please unplug the power, press and hold the ‘Power’ button, then plug it back in and release the ‘Power’ button until the device powers on.
