Hi, trying to re establish connection w/device. App indicates is ofline. no wireless icon on box. How do I reconnect? I tried unplugging and plug up. Still no wireless icon.

Please delete the offline IIC-800-WIFI on the INKBIRD app. Please long press the left button of IIC-800-WIFI for about 3 seconds and then release it, its WIFI function will be reset and the WIFI indicator will flash. After the WIFI indicator flashes, please pair it again.
