Hi, trying to re establish connection w/device. App indicates is ofline. no wireless icon on box. How do I reconnect? I tried unplugging and plug up. Still no wireless icon.

Please delete the offline IIC-800-WIFI on the INKBIRD app. Please long press the left button of IIC-800-WIFI for about 3 seconds and then release it, its WIFI function will be reset and the WIFI indicator will flash. After the WIFI indicator flashes, please pair it again.
What happens if the device DOES NOT reset the wifi after a 3 second push of the back button?
I have tried repeatedly, removed the device, restarted the device, restarted the app - the WIFI symbol never appears after removing from the app.
(Trying to simply change wifi network for the smart controller and it’s turned into a nightmare!)
