Hello! I was looking at building my own 240v PID controller for homebrewing, I was going to use the ITC106VH when building this out and I was hoping to use the ITC-608T temperature sensor with it instead of the bulky thermocouples that you see with these often. Is it possible to use the ITC-608T with the controller? I already have a 120v controller I paid for and it uses the ITC-608T so I was hoping to do the same with my 240v controller.

Sorry, the probe types supported by ITC-106VH are: K, S, Wre, T, E, J, B, N, CU50, PT100.
The temperature probe type of ITC-608T is NTC, which is not compatible with ITC-106VH.
