ITC- 106RH troubleshooting

I am wiring up a itc-106rh. It is wired the following way with input voltage of 120v:

3- thermocouple neg
4- thermocouple pos
7- line out
8- line out
9- line in(hot)
10- line in(neutral)

It’s my understanding that when the light below the “OUT” label is illuminated that I should be reading 120v between pins 7 and 8? Is that correct?

Hello,
May I know if you have connected the actual device for testing? The maximum current of the device supported by ITC-106RH is 3A, please make sure that the device specifications do not exceed the limit.
