I’m using the controller to heat a feral cat house. My SV is 45 degrees. I set the high temp value to 212F so it ( in theory) never trips the alarm for being out of range. At this time of year, when the temp gets above 45, the controller will reset the high temp value to 45.1 or so and activate the alarm. This happens almost daily.

Could you please provide your country, the date and time the problem occurred, and the device ID of the ITC-308-WIFI via email to support@inkbird.com?
The ITC-308-WIFI’s device ID can be viewed and copied through the INKBIRD app → ITC-308-WIFI → the ‘…’ icon in the upper right corner → Device Information.
This will help the engineers investigate.
Also, please note that the ITC-308-WIFI is not waterproof; please do not install it outdoors.
