My ITC-308 wifi has been working well for a month, but today it started reading really high “current Temp” values that are around 15-20° too high. I confirmed this with an independent thermometer. Is there a way to reset it to factory settings?
I also sat and watched the readings for a minute or two, and they jump all over the place. Is my probe broken?

Please dry the probe with a hairdryer and then test the room temperature. Is the reading accurate?
