I´ve made a mistake and over loaded the “Heating” output. (I > 10 A)
Now the Controler keeps showing an “ER” message.
Is it possible to repair the Controler?
Hello,
If ITC-308-WIFI displays ER, it means the probe is faulty.
May I know the actual temperature?
Please check that the probe is intact.
Please ensure that the temperature environment where the probe is placed is within the range of -50~120 °C / -58~248 °F. It has not been in contact with corrosive objects/liquids.
Please clean the probe and cable, and then blow it dry with a hair dryer, does it work?
If it does not work, please provide your order information, and a link to this post to email support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.

Thanks.
