Hello,
Please check if the Bluetooth of ITH-12S is turned on.
Please refer to this troubleshooting post. The ITH-12S uses the Engbird app, which requires the same settings on the phone.

Please search and download the Engbird app via Google play/ App store on your phone. When installing, please make sure that all permissions of Engbird are allowed.
