App unresponsive iPhone

I have an iPhone 15 with the latest update and the latest app update. since the last inkbird update my screen will only allow me to see the temp on my IBS-TH3 and only one touch before it becomes unresponsive. Even worse however, i have the IBS-M1 wifi hub and sending to that I have 3 IBS-TH2 and an IBS-P01 pool temp. it shows up on the app but will not respond. However I get notifications that something is out of range, I just cant access it. I have uninstalled the app, re registered, etc… no luck. lots of money worth of devices not usable.

i eventually had to totally remove the app and start from scratch adding everything back in with the wifi hub FIRST it is now finally working again
