Good day,
I blew up my oven probe tonight. I have a IBT-4XSI
Is it possible to buy a separate oven probe?
Can I use a meat probe as meat probe for the time being?

Hello,
The IBT-4XS meat probe can detect the same temperature range as the oven temperature probe, it can be used as a oven temperature probe to detect the ambient temperature.
