ISV 100W Comes up to and maintains temperature just fine, verified with digital thermometer. Clock starts (40:00 in this case) runs just a few seconds and stops. Every time I restart it does the same thing. Been running for 25 minutes now, but timer says 39:37. (Just ticked off 2 seconds while I type this.) What’s up??

The ISV-100W displays time in hours:minutes, not minutes:seconds.
The countdown only begins once the temperature reaches the target value. Therefore, considering the time it takes to heat to the target temperature, it seems normal for it to take 25 minutes to go from 40:00 (40 hours) to 39:37 (39 hours and 37 minutes).
