Rain sensor operation problem

Good morning,

I installed a rain sensor I already had and connected it to terminals S and 24-, but I noticed that even when it rains, the control unit still activates the sprinklers… the option is correctly enabled in the settings.
What’s wrong?

Hello,
May I know what mode you’re testing in?
If you’re using manual mode, it will prioritize manual commands. That is, if the rain sensor detects rain but you’re using manual mode to turn on the zone, it will ignore the rain sensor signal and turn on the zone.
Also, please make sure the jumper between S and 24- is removed.
