Click the export symbol in the upper right corner, select the date and export the data.
Hi, I have recently changed the batteries on my pool temperature sensor. Prior to doing this I synced the data to my phone. Then changed the batteries. But now I cannot see any of the old data (almost a year) in the app anymore. I only have data from when I changed the batteries. Is there anyway of accessing this lost data?

May I know if you are using the Engbird app or the INKBIRD app?
Have you ever changed the time interval or restored the default settings?
If you are using the Engbird app, perhaps you could download the INKBIRD app and select the IBS-THS model to connect. Will it display historical data?
If there is still no data, the data may have been accidentally lost. Sorry, as the data is stored in the sensor, the lost data cannot be recovered.
