Problema allarmi e notifiche IBS-M1

Hello, I bought an IBS-M1 and n.2 IBS-TH1 PLUS, I installed the INKBIRD PRO APP, enabled notifications on my HUAWEI P30 LITE mobile phone, but I never get notifications. What do I need to do to get notifications to work. Where can I download the INKBIRD PRO APP manual? Thank you

io ho acquistato un IBS-M1 e n.2 IBS-TH1 PLUS, ho installato l’APP INKBIRD PRO, abilitato le notifiche sul mio cellulare HUAWEI P30 LITE , ma non mi arrivano mai le notifiche.

Cosa devo fare per farle funzionare le notifiche.

Maybe you could try using the INKBIRD APP instead? It is an upgrade based on the Inkbird pro app.
Please make sure that the phone’s permissions on the INKBIRD app are turned on.
Please make sure that the notification function is turned on in the phone settings.
Please make sure The IBS-M1 is set up correctly in the INKBIRD app.
Please go to ME - Message Centre, does it have a record of recent alarms?
