Hi everyone. Just a quick question. I’ve just purchased a ITC308 controller. This as one socket for heat and one socket for cooling. Just needed to know if its possible to perhaps connect twin heaters, through an adaptor, to the heater outlet socket? Thanks
Hello,
If the total power of the two heaters is within the range of the controller (for example, if you use a voltage of 110V, the total power cannot exceed 1100W), and the total instantaneous current does not exceed 10A, it is ok.
I’m using a 308 to control a load which is far outside the specifications set. I have it wired to contol a high power relay that intern contols a 240vac garage heater. This permits me to monitor the temperature in my detatched 500 sqft detatched garage/workshop. I love the ability to turn on the heater via wifi long before I head out to work
Hi
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago for spares or repair as the Wi-Fi function won’t work on this. Not a major problem as I’m not really interested in this. Although it would be nice. I have it running in manual mode at the moment and its working great. Just have one 200 watt heater running at the moment. Thanks for the info.
