Regardless of settings this device activates the heating or cooling outlet. Is there a way above the set temperature the cooling circuit will not activate until the temperature rises a certain amount? I’ve tried setting the “cooling back Temperature” setting without success.

Please understand that after the ITC-308WIFI is set up and exits the setting mode, it will trigger a special temperature mode.

i have wasted hours trying to figure out what is going on.
how do i reset the inkbird and start over. what brainiac thought up this specail mode. r u trying to ruin a freezer full of food? seriously i am a bit upset. please give me detailed instructions on how this is suppose to work. i have two other non wifi models and they work fine. and don’t just reprint what is above cause it does not communicate
