ITC-308 Not Recognizing Temp Differential

For some reason I can no longer get the controller to work with the temp differential. It was working fine and not. I have tried changing the differential from 1 to 5 degrees for both heat and cool. Now the unit is in either heat or cooling mood when the PB temp is not the same as the SV. I have tried resetting and have no luck.

Please note that the ITC-308-WIFI has a special mode, and the phenomenon described is highly likely to have triggered this mode.

ITC-308WIFI has a special temperature mode and a normal temperature mode. The trigger conditions for the special temperature mode are: Enter the setting mode through the SET key then exit. Enter the setting mode through the app then exit. In the special temperature mode, ITC-308WIFI will ignore the settings of HD (Heating hysteresis temperature) and CD (Cooling back temperature) and turn on the heating/cooling output.
