Once I set my desired temp the SSR switches my heating element fully on (17 amps). Can I set a parameter to turn it half on (8.5 amps)? I noticed that once it achieve my desired temp, the heating element only draws 3 to 6 amps to maintain that desired temp.

ITC-106 can set manual output %.
Please:
1.long press the SET button for about 3 seconds to enter the setting mode.
2.short press the SET button to switch directories, and then find oP.
3.press < button to the sub-directory, then short press the SET button to switch the directory to run.
4.press up/ down button to set it to manu
5.long press the SET button for about 3 seconds to exit the setting mode.
6.press the SET button for about 1 second, it will enter manual mode (SV will display an 'm’ icon), please press up/down button to set the output value.
