My ITC-100 is controlling a heating element. I can run it in automatic or manual mode ok. I thought when running in manual mode the number I set was a percentage of total output eg if I’m running a 2400w element 100 = 100% = 2400w, 50% = 1200w, but it seems to be instead running as a function of time. So if set at 50% the element is running at 100% output, 50% of the time rather than at 50% output. Is this how it’s supposed to work? Is there any way to set it so it’s running at 50% output not as a function of time?
