Hi, I’ve had the ISV-100W for about 2.5 years, and suddenly yesterday it started shorting the electricity of the house. Is there any solution for this?

Please check the black part of ISV-100W, is there any water/steam ingress? Because it has electronics inside, they are not waterproof.
If you dry the ISV-100W then plug it into another power outlet to test it, will it still short out?
I let it stand for 3 days without any use to make sure that it is dry. I now tried again. At the beginning it turns on for a few seconds and after about 10 seconds it shorted the electricity.
