It is advertised that the smart controller will turn fan off when it see’s a fast drop in temp knowing the lid has been opened, but the fan does not come back on automatic when lid is closed, even after waiting 45 mins for it to resume. I have to manually turn fan back on to resume cooking? Is this normal?

Please make sure that the ISC-027BW’s probe reading is accurate and its time setting has time remaining.
