Insta Read Thermometer Charging Cable

I have the Insta Read Thermometer IHT - 1P and cannot find the charging cable. Anyone know where I can purchase one or any ideas what other cable might work? I have a lot of cables but none that will fit this thermometer.

IHT-1P is compatible with Android type-c usb charging cable, which can be purchased through Amazon/ebay/local stores.
