Please explain further. I don’t understand the picture you attached. I am having the same problems. Seems to be ok with shorter cooks like chicken and fish, but once I use longer cook times like sous vide beef cheek it keeps triggering after about 1-2 hours. It’s really annoying.

If the water circulation of the ISV-500W is not working properly, or is blocked by food, causing the water temperature to be unevenly heated, it may trigger the E3 alarm.
The magnetic-driven is an accessory of the water circulation.
So I mentioned checking the magnetic-driven earlier to confirm that the water circulation is working properly.
Maybe you can check the magnetic-driven first. If the water circulation is no problem, then test it without placing food and let it work for 1-2 hours? Will it still trigger E3?
