We are having problems getting the thermometer to attach to the network. I have verified that it would be on the 2.4 network. I am pretty sure that our firewall is blocking it. I tried it outside of our firewall and it works just fine. Does anyone know which ports that the IBS-TH3 talks on so i can add an exception into the firewall? Or if anyone has any other suggestions? Thanks!

When the IBS-TH3 is connected to the INKBIRD APP, you can check the MAC address of the IBS-TH3 through the ‘…’ in the upper right corner, maybe you can add it to the white list of the firewall?
This requires a connection… If no connection can be achieved, then how does one get the MAC address??? JonDel

Please connect it to other non-restricted 2.4GHz wifi first. After the connection is successful, you can get the MAC address through the app. Then add the MAC address to the network you really want to connect to and delete the device in the app. Please connect the phone to the network (2.4GHz wifi) you really want to connect to and then add the device again.
