I installed the IBS-TH3 using Smart Life and I was able to define Scenes using the IBS-TH3 temperature readings to trigger actions for smart outlets. After I had to change batteries (after only 9 days) and rejoin my wireless network, the defined rules no longer worked, said “invalid device” and when I go into Smart Life to define a new scene, using “When device status changes”, the IBS-TH3 smart sensor is not listed as an available device.

The app supported by the IBS-TH3 is the INKBIRD app. The Smart life app is not owned by INKBIRD, sorry we have no way of knowing why it has changed.
