Installed IBS M2 and got that working with the app, but when try to add the pool thermometer it never shows up in app and not shown to select manually in app either. Have reset both units multiple times and still not syncing. IBS-PO2 is workign and screen showing temp. Have pressed transmit button multiple times.

Got it. Can the transmitter be used with more than one gateway receiver? Would like to have multiple receivers that show transmitter temperature. If so how can I purchase additional receivers that work with the IBS-Po2R transmitter
One IBS-P02R-O can connect multiple IBS-M2, there is no limit to the number.
Please search for ‘IBS-M2’ to purchase.
I have the exact same problem. New device. M2 connected but the app never sees the P02, neither automatically through + or manually selecting THS. Have tried everything and the app on multiple devices. Bluetooth is enabled, no other devices connected. I guess either the bluetooth or app simply dont work. But it means i cant connect the P02 to the M2 unless there is another way?
If you mean IBS-P02R-O, it connects to IBS-M2 via RF. It is not Bluetooth connection.
Just to confirm, did you click on the online IBS-M2 to enter its settings, and then click on the ‘+’ in the upper right corner of the IBS-M2 settings to add a sub-device?
Please note that it is not adding a sub-device through the ‘+’ in the upper right corner of the INKBIRD app homepage.
Yes, this is what confused me at first. I now have it configured and working. You have to click the + on the right page!
Then finding the data in the app was not obvious … a little “1” at the top of the M2 page ….
