IBS-P01R-I humidity and temp data not visible in the InkBird Pro app

I have an IBS-M1v2 & IBS-P01R set up to monitor the temperature of my hot tub and and receive notifications if the temperature is outside of the configured ranges.

From the IBS-P01R-I display I can see the temperature in the hot tub (IBS-P01R-O) and the temperature/humidity where the display is located. That’s good!

In the InkBird Pro app I can only see the hot tub temperature. The options for changing the Lower and Upper Limits for Temp/Humidity for the display are grayed out.

Any ideas?

Hello,
Please note that the IBS-M1 only supports the IBS-P01R-O transmitter, it does not support the IBS-P01R-I receiver. Therefore the app can only set the temperature alarm range of the IBS-P01R-O transmitter.
