Hello, when I got the equipment it was very easy to connect to the network, but for safety issue I had to change the Ssid to another and now it’s impossiple to reconnect to this new network. The settings not have been changed.

Just to confirm, is the SSID set to hidden?
If no, please delete the offline IBS-M2 in the INKBIRD APP, and then reconnect it.
If there is already an offline IBS-M2 in the INKBIRD APP, it may cause reconnection failure.

It isn’t working. I can see the Icon, I believe via Bluetooth anthen Nothing happen anymore. The SSID isn’t hidden.

May I know if you have 2 mobile phones?
If yes, could you please test:
Turn on the hotspot of phone A, it will work as a 2.4GHz wifi router. Phone A is placed next to the product.
Phone B connects to the hotspot of phone A, and downloads the INKBIRD APP.
Phone B connects to the product as instructed by the app.
If the product can connect to phone B in this test, it means its WIFI function is working. Please recheck the router settings.
