Just got my IBS M1 today along with IBS P01R pool thermometer and receiver set. I was able to push the wifi button and see it fast flashing only one time. I was able to get it connected to a 2.4GHz wifi network (router informed me there was a new device connected) but the app did not find the M1. I tried resetting the wifi and doing it again but the button no longer flashes. I try the slow flash method but do not see the M1 hotspot on my phone. After multiple tries, I finally got the app to autodetect a device but it is coming up as a smart outlet. Is there a way to reset the M1 to factory default or a way to get the wifi indicator to flash again so I can see what is going on?

If you re-plug in the IBS-M1, long press the IBS-M1’s WIFI button for 3-5 seconds, and then wait 5-8 seconds, will its WIFI indicator light flash?

Almost been a week. No response from support after submitting Amazon order number and videos. Will be returning the product if no contact is made. Disappointing.
Perhaps you could check your spam folder? Sometimes emails from support might be marked as spam or automatically filtered by the recipient’s email. If you still haven’t received anything, could you send me your email in a private message, I will ask them to investigate.
