I have several ITC-306A controllers whose wi-fi module has failed

Hello,
If the Wi-Fi indicator light on the ITC-306A is flashing, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.

If the Wi-Fi indicator light on the ITC-306A is not lit, please provide the following information to email support@inkbird.com for after-sales service: a). A video demonstration: Press and hold the up button for 3 seconds until the PV displays the ‘APP’, then release the button. The Wi-Fi indicator light should not illuminate. b). Order information.

I I have several Inkbird units which have failed like this. I’ve tried all the measures advised by Inkbird without success, It is costing me a great deal of money which I can no longer afford.

The ITC-306A controller comes with a 2-year warranty. If it is still under warranty, please provide a video of the problem and order information to support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.

Hi Tania, As requested I sent you a video of the fault. I received a reply stating that you want another video! I have several faulty units. In total I have purchased about 15 units, some directly, some via eBay. I don’t have the time to be sending video after video. From what I can gather, the wifi connection issue is very common, and should be appropriately addressed by Inkbird!
