I have purchased pack of 3 ITH-11-B, how to connect all 3 device to one Mobile?

I have purchased pack of 3 ITH-11-B and I can connect 1 sensor at time with Bluetooth. If I wish to add new device, I have to delete the previous one.

Is there any way to keep all 3 ITH-11-B connected to one mobile at the same time?

Hello,
One mobile can connect to multiple ITH-11-Bs at the same time.
Please make sure that the INKBIRD app is the latest version. The ITH-11-Bs are placed near the mobile phone to avoid disconnection caused by the Bluetooth signal distance.
If they still cannot connect at the same time, please provide your mobile phone model and the problem screen recording to the email support@inkbird.com. The engineering team will investigate.

I have just received 3x Pack of ITH-11-B T&H sensors. DO NOT HAVE IBS-M2-B Gateway as Rx, Display each Sensor on INKBIRD app.

Problem is Bluetooth BLE Range is VERY LIMITED. Advertised as 80 to 100M Free Space No Obstructions. But I Find Connection Range is about 5M if lucky. Sensors are in Fridges & Freezers. But intermittent lose BT connection over Distance greater than 5M. No Way anything near as Advertised. TX level Very LOW displays RSSI as ,-80 dBm on any BLE app on phone indicates some Random Distance between sensor & phone as 30 - 40M, when actual is less than 5M.

I am using AAA batteries supplied, after a Week or 2, Battery Icon Displays 3/4 Full, Spec indicates 9 months, another Furhy.

I Suspect BLE TX Level is EXTREMELY LOW OUTPUT. To maintain BT connection MUST BE CLOSE TO SENSOR, TO DOWNLOAD DATA, FOR EACH OF THE 3 of ITH-11-B sensors.

Maybe Faulty as only delivered within this month from INKBIRD AU.

I see I may need IBS-M2-B Gateway to Extend coverage range, as WiFi,
as my IBS-M2 WiFi Gateway or IBS-M2S WiFi Gateway are incompatiable, with IBS-TH2 Plus & ITH-20R-0 sensors work very well over 40-50M thru obstructions. BT connection with INKBIRD OR ENGBIRD apps on Android phone, works as well.

So I ask are my new ITH-11-B sensors FAULTY, NEED TO RETURN to InkbirdAU and purchase “IBS-M2S-B Gateway with 3 of ITH-11-B sensor pack with AU Plug”, which appears to be limited availability. Maybe order direct from Inkbird store in China.
