I used to talk about how to make a mulled wine in this Share&Tips section, and recently I think I fall in love with another one - Mead.

Also, I search and include some points to things easier.
Prepare the mead-making kits in advance at the very first.

How to Make Mead

  1. Sanitize the equipment.
  2. Heat the water. In our brew pot, heat 2.5 Gallons of water to 170°F, read the temperature with an instant-read thermometer will be a great help.
  3. Add the honey.
  4. Add Sulfites.
  5. Take a temperature reading. The brewing pot should be around 140°F to 150°F.
  6. Add 3 gallons of cool water to your sanitized plastic fermenter.
  7. Add certain additives at last.
