I just received a IBS-M1 Wifi Gateway that I have properly connected to the INKBIRD App on my phone.
I also have a IBS-TH1 that I want to connect with my IBS-M1.
I followed the procedure multiple times (taking off the battery and put it back next to the IBS-M1 and it should pair automatically) but it did not work. I can only connect the IBS-TH1 through bluetooth directly to the app.
What should I do ?

Just to confirm, the gateway you purchased is IBS-M1, not IBS-M2 (please understand that the way to connect to the sub-device is different for different models).
Please press and hold the reset button on the side of the IBS-M1 for 3-5 seconds, it will reset the connection with the sub-device.
Please place the IBS-TH1 next to the IBS-M1 to reinstall the battery.
Please check through the INKBIRD app - IBS-M1, whether it will show temperature and humidity readings?
