App saying: app not support BLE device, Samsung S10, INKBIRD app

Hello,
I have been using a lot of Inkbird ITC-308-Wifi with INKBIRD app succesfully. I just bought a IHC-200-Wifi and add it to the existing ITC list succesfully. But when I click on the IHC it says:" app not support BLE device" !!!
PS: INKBIRD Pro is not available in google store in Switzerland

Please understand that the ‘Inkbird pro’ app has stopped updating.
Please download and use ‘INKBIRD’ app, will it work?

I say: “I have been using a lot of Inkbird ITC-308-Wifi with INKBIRD app succesfully” therefore I already use INKBIRD app and It does not work. I have always " app not support BLE device" !!!

Please make sure the INKBIRD app is the latest version.
Could you provide the phone model, and screen recording of the problem to email support@inkbird.com?
Engineers will conduct further investigation.
