I have an IBS-P01R smart pool thermometer that is connected an IBS-M2S gateway. The issue I’m having is that I cannot set my upper and lower limits for the thermometer in the app. When I go into this setting, the low is set to 14F and the upper is 140F. When I change these values, go out and back in, the values are the same as the original ones.
Is this a bug in the app? Any ideas?

I noticed the INKBIRD app has been updated several times recently. Has the issue been resolved in the new version?
To avoid problems caused by unstable signals, please place all devices next to the router before proceeding with the setup.
Once setup is complete, be sure to exit using the “Back” button within the app, rather than your phone’s built-in “Back” button; otherwise, the settings will not be saved.
If the problem persists, please provide your phone model and a video of the configuration process to email support@inkbird.com. The technical team will check it.
