I recently purchased an Inkbird vacuum pack & sealer (Model VS04) from you on Febuary 2025.
I would like to report an issue with the machine. On the 22nd Jan 2026, I noticed that the vacuum suction became very weak and was not performing as usual. Then yesterday, while I was sealing a product, the machine suddenly stopped working and could no longer be turned on.
I have tried plugging it into different power sockets, but the machine still does not power on.
Could you please advise how I can check whether the unit is faulty? Also, I would like to know if this issue is covered under warranty and what steps are required to proceed with a warranty claim or inspection.
