To whom it may concern,
The vacuum sealer was working great at first, but then it became gradually more difficult to vacuum food products, and then it stopped, that is sucking air out of the bags., although the vacuum pump seems to hum normally and the sealing function works properly. I bought my Inkbird Vacuum Sealer and Sous Vide machine on November 14th, 2024 from Amazon MarketPlace (Order number 113-5927238-3165802) and I still use the original bags. I have tried all troubleshooting methods as per the manual, checked the upper and lower seal gaskets of the vacuum chamber, turned them over, pressed hard on both sides of the lid with both hands while attempting to vacuum food products, without success. I do not know what other trouble shooting I could do. Please advise.
