Unable to add family members

Good morning,
I’m trying adding a family member to my home on inkbird app in order to share a smart thermometer IBS-TH3.
The family member receives the code to join but the application answers “it is expired” but it’s false.
How is it possible to do that?

Does the family member you plan to add have the same INKBIRD app account?
If the member has an INKBIRD app account, please go to Me- Home management- select the room- add members. Please enter the user’s country and INKBIRD app email account.

Hi,

I already followed your procedure and I have sent to my family member the code to join my Home.
But I logged into InkBird app with my Google account.
The family member I want to add logged into her InkBird with her own Google account (so not the same mine).

Is it necessary to share the same login among family members?

You are able to add member of another INKBIRD app account to the same family.
May I know if the family member is in the same country as your account?
Did the family member’s INKBIRD app receive your invitation?
If possible, please provide us with your and your family member’s INKBIRD app accounts, and an operation video of how you add a family member to support@inkbird.com, we will contact an engineer to check it.

Yes. But joining failed

I currently resolved by sharing my INKBIRD account on the phone of my wife.
This way we both are able to see the same sensor.
